PLAN

A drawing studio that is fully exposed to sunlight, a perfect environment for a creative artist.

The studio was designed for "Dwa" Her name comes from Arabic background that means LIGHT. She is an artist that follows the sunlight and runs away from people's noise.

The studio was designed to be functional and comfortable. Exposing the studio to sunlight was a MUST, and Dwa like to be in private areas.

The studio was designed to have a functional stair. The staircase is a multi-purpose that Dwa can use to move from one level to another or an inspirational seating area facing the window. (Refer to Figure.3)

Dwa has her central point where she can view the whole threshold and enjoy the view while drawing. (Refer to Figure.2)

I enjoy making physical models using my free hands. The rectangular beams dropping from the top of the window frame create privacy for the studio. As well as the beams assist in creating abstract shadows on the floor.
